Hi all,

I have some problems opening an .uml file, created by Rhapsody, in
Eclipse. Because the file is created by a proprietary exporter, some
URIs do not match the Eclipse URIs. In particular, the namespace URI for
Eclipse UML (http://www.eclipse.org/uml2/2.0.0/UML) is replaced by
another one.

To be able to open the file with the Eclipse UML Editor, I already
registered the UML Package against the other URI (and also new content
types). But I have still have the problem, that the applied Stereotypes
are not correctly recognized. They are only shown as XML elements beside
the model node. I think the reason for it is the source attribute of the
EAnnotations in the ProfileApplications and in the Profile itself,
because the value of source attributes is the URI of the exporter and
not the Eclipse UML URI. If I manually (find/replace) replace the
values, the Stereotypes will be correctly shown. But I do not want to
edit the file manually. So my actual question is, whether there is a
possibility to add an extension to do this automatically?

Thanks and regards,

Sebastian
