Can I know how Usage Data Collector can be integrated wih an RCP Application so that one can see the usage of the app.

If you include the UDC plug-ins, they'll work in an RCP application.
You'll likely want to redirect the output to your own data collection
server using the system property:

-Dorg.eclipse.epp.usagedata.recording.upload-url=http://myserver/..

Note that "-D" parameters should follow "-vmargs" on the command-line.
