Hi,
In my application i need to create a new "Run Configuration" for my project.
I do this by right click on the project -> Run as -> Run configuration and
create a new configuration.
Then i m using same configuration to run my application.
Problem here is, i also get some inbuilt eclipse icons on the toolbar which
i dont need.
I also get a "sample menu" on menubar which is not required. Please help me
to know how this can be avoided.

Hello Neha,

This is a small question with a big answer. You need to understand how the
plug-in mechanism works, what an Eclipse application is and how to these
things relate in the run configuration.

The way you do it, the run configuration contains the default workbench
settings instead of application specific stuff. You need to go to the run
configuration (Run/Run configurations...) and specify your
product/application and get rid of excessive plugins.
