Dear All

Does XDS implementation used HL7.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

1,
XDS is used to exchange patient informations from One HIS system to Other
HIS system using central repository (Like cancer registry centres)

2,
HL7 is used to communicate from one HIS system to other HIS system.

AFAIK, while legacy users of OHF may still look here or occasionally answer such questions, development has stopped on OHF entirely!

Please look at its Wiki or other pages pointing you to follow-up projects like Eclipse STEM (now an independent standalone project) or others in different communities.
