I'm using the TwistieToggleRenderer (from PGroup) as the tree node
toggle renderer in Grid. Currently there's no nice way to do this so
I've copied DefaultCellRenderer -internal!- to allow the toggleRenderer
field to be changed and can then set this renderer to the column.

Works fine, but not at all nice! Would opening this up be something that
could be made public via API at some point?
