Bought: Equinox and OSGi Rough Cuts: Where is Samples Manager? [message #483236]

I bought the Rough cuts for the "Equinox and OSGi" book. In Chapter 3,
it says I can install the Samples Manager from http://equinoxosgi.org,
but no repositories are found there.

Where can I find it?
