I'm trying to set up the Web Connector to our internal webpage. I'm getting
a "HTTP 401.2 - Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration"
error. I can view the page using IE. What should I be trying to change?

You need to configure auth. The following wiki document has section on
that
