I've managed to add a filter to the package explorer so that certain folder
doesn't show up. And now when I change that folder programmatically
(basically delete and recreate), the folder shows up again, but disappears
when I press F5 to refresh the workspace.

I've tried IProject.refreshLocal and IWorkspaceRoot.refreshLocal, no luck.

Please help.
