Hello,

Is there a way to create some code that is called when eclipse projects
are loaded (or first accessed perhaps)? I have some things that need to
happen when projects of a certain nature are accessed. I tried to hook
into some of the API's related to the nature but it seems inconsistent.
Sometimes my code was called the first time i accessed the project, and
sometimes it wasn't.
