I think you can just load the code base from that tag using Replace With
> Another Branch or Version..., expand the Versions section to find the
tag you want (might have to use the Refresh Tags button).
Once you've loaded the tag you want, I think you can do a branch from there.

Thanks, i did a test, and it worked (now i have a "bTest" branch...).
