about the operations of the Eclipse organization itself. Please use the
newcomers newsgroup for beginner questions.

A simple google search will tend to find good answers, such as this
information about Eclipse's command line arguments:

When you create a project, you'll find you are prompted to specify a
location by the wizard.

In general, I would suggest search first and ask questions later, since
