Hi I am attempting a few things and have question :|
- is there a way to add stereotype in the uml editor . I can in the uml
class diagram but it slow the process to switch (and sometime having the
uml half edited corrupt the class diagram and the other way around too
so it would help to be able to do everything on one side before
switching to the other side) ?
- is there a way in the class diagram editor to show associated
properties in the attribute list ?
- I create an association without property then edit the classes to
"associate" properties to this association (thus I end up with an
association without ownedElement). This association does not show up in
the class diagram . Is it how it is supposed to work for such
association ? Note that the properties associated this way *properly* (I
would like them not to but hey) disappear from the attribute list in the
I may end up going another way to achieve foreign key (I want to
generate them via acceleo to a properl generator I build .... but first
I need to be able to define them in the uml *properly*).
I guess javax.persistence.OneToMany one one side,
javax.persistence.ManyToOne on the other side may be the right way ...
would that shows the association in the class diagram ... but I am not
at that point yet.
More to come and thanks for any hints in advance
NB: I am using javax.persistence stereotypes.
PS: there is a bug in the interaction between class diagram and uml . If
I by mistake add the properties from the classes owned by the
association ... they disappear from the classes and move to the
association . Fine . But if I have the class diagram editor opened at
the same time it mess things up and saving it corrupt the uml and I end
up with unreferenced href errors. Thankfully I make backup but this is
