What sort of news are you looking for? We have integrated the Web Editor
into JSF Tools. You can try it by downloading and installing WTP and all
of its dependencies. It's currently geared more toward JSF/JSP
development, but can also do HTML.

To open the editor, right-click on a JSP file in the Project Explorer and
select Open With->Web Page Editor.

As Raghu says, you should get the WTP 2.0 RC1 build (it is NOT in any 1.5
build).
