Shortcut "original" Class Deletion Bug [message #470868]

Hi,

it seems to have some problems when deleting a class that one use as
shortcut in other sub-diagram.

On M7b build
Steps to reproduce
-create new ClassD
-create a class "RootClass" and a package
-go into the package by double-clicking it
-add a new class and a shortcut for "RootClass"

!without closing package editor!
-return in root diagram and "delete from model" RootClass
-return in the package => the editor is frozen
-close the editor for package
-try to re-open it with double-click => Error opening the editor.
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.notation.impl.NodeImpl cannot be cast to
org.eclipse.uml2.uml.NamedElement

Does anybody have an idea why is this happening ?

Hi all,

I also found familiar behavior in Taipan diagram and submitted #193133
Shortcut deletion should not freeze diagram.
It looks like a GMF bug.
