Should setBackgroundImage() work on a button on win32? [message #467251]

Snippet214 works setting the background image on a Shell, but when I try
to call this method on a button, nothing happens. (Trying with 3.2M4
and also with recent integration builds.)

Is this method expected to work right now (and thus I'm doing something
wrong) or is this not finished yet? Or does this method not work under
win32 due to limitations of the OS, but it works under some other OSs?
