We had a request recently that the New Folder button be disabled when
browsing for a folder. I went and looked at the Window API and found
that there was a bit that you could turn on to remove the button.
Anybody know when SWT will support that capability? The bit in question
is BIF_NONEWFOLDERBUTTON
