Hi

Iam using the following combination to launch my Auto GUI editor. But i
could not even see the test folder inside my file->others->test

Stable build version :

tptp.test.sdk-TPTP-4.1.0-200509090100.zip

i extract this and replace the Auto GUI plugins with the files and folders
extracted from the below mentioned patch.

Technology Preview version of Automatic GUI:

org.eclipse.tptp.test.auto-TPTP-4.1.0-200511170100B.zip

But still i could not see any improvement, iam not able to see the test
folder created in side the file menu. Please let me know if iam missing
something inbetween.

thanks

Hello,

The TPTP project is divided into four modules: Platform, Monitoring,
Tracing and Profiling, and Testing. The last three all require the platform
module.
It's perhaps easiest if you would just grab all modules by clicking the
"Runtime" or "SDK" link available beside "All". I would recommend grabbing
the following items from build: TPTP-4.1.0-200511170100B:

1) Under "TPTP Runtime and SDK" download:
All - Runtime

2) Under "Agent Controller" download:
The agent controller for your platform (e.g. Windows-IA32)

3) Under "Technology Preview" download:
Automated GUI Recording

4) Under "Requirements" download:
Everything listed under this section

Thanks for your interest in TPTP,

Ali Mehregani

Hi

Thanks for your reply and i can make it working with the help of your
inputs. Now iam facing a different problem.

When i create a new test case for recording and as soon as the recording
starts, iam trying to follow the same example mentioned in the userguide.
I try creating a java project, but when i try to open the new project
dialog box, it hangs. I cannot further procedd clicking on any buttons or
any test editors.

Can u please help me on this? The dialog box by default is working fine as
soon as i terminate the recording.

The image versions used are as following:

- org.eclipse.tptp.test.auto-TPTP-4.2.0-200512011334.zip

- tptp.test.sdk-TPTP-4.2.0-200512011334.zip

- tptp.platform.sdk-TPTP-4.2.0-200512011334.zip

- eclipse-SDK-3.2M3-linux-gtk.tar.gz

- emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.2.0M3.zip

- GEF-runtime-3.1.zip

Thanking you in advance
