Hello all, how about set proxy server for Update Manager in
epf-composer 1.2? Sorry if this question has already be askwed. IŽd like
to install Subclipse but in my network only have access to internet with
auth proxy. I find in google that the proxy settings in eclipse 3.3 are
now in "General" -> "Network Connections" but I havenŽt this tab in my epf
1.2.0.1.

Rodrigo Araujo

You should be able to get zipped version and use "new local site" to
install as per http://subclipse.tigris.org/install.html (check step 3).

Zipped version of subclipse update sites are here
http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?fol derID=2240&expandFolder=2240&folderID=0

Let me know if that works. Thanks

with EPF 1.2.x?

I didn't realize that it worked in 1.0 before. But you are right. For EPF
1.0, proxy settings were on Install/Update page. For Eclipse 3.3, it got
moved to General->Network connections. Since EPF 1.2 moved to eclipse 3.3,
we lost settings on install/update page and I guess we unknowingly didn't
get "network connections" page in EPF 1.2.

I would request you to file a bugzilla against EPF 1.2 for this. And
thanks for pointing out this.
