We just finished the first step in the move of STEM to the new SVN
repository (thanks Matt for the refactoring!). From now on, developers
should stop using the old CVS repository and switch over. There's two
steps:

1. Get the subclipse plugin from http://subclipse.tigris.org.
2. Open the "SVN Repositories" view. In the view select "Add SVN
Repository" and enter this URL:

svn+ssh://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/technology/org.eclipse.ste m

Use the same username/password you had for CVS as login credentials.
Navigate down to the "trunk" folder and check out all projects underneath.

We'll create a final tag in the old CVS repository to indicate where the
move was done.
