Using update manager via Configuration window causes an internal error
(/ by zero). Other approaches lead to "No updates available"

Is this a bug?

Hi Ashkan.
Currently, we do not have an update site configured and only deploy updates
via the download page. I suspect that the error you are get from the
Configuration window is an Eclipse bug.
