Hi,

I'm not sure this is a bug. When I set the setToggleRenderer() to null I
would have expected that the PGroup is not collapseable any more this
seems to be the behaviour as I see it in
AbstractGroupStrategy#isToggleLocation() but using the
RectangleGroupStrategy this is not the case.

So is this the desired behaviour when using the rectangle strategy?

I have no subclassed the RectangleStragey to provide my desired behaviour.
