Was working fine until today, but now when I right click a project and
select Team>Update from the menu, the console claims that everything is up
to date, but does not actually update any files in the hierarchy below the
project top level folder. Selecting an individual file and Team>Update
updates the file in question, but is not scalable.

Going into the workspace directory and running 'svn update *' does
succesfully update all files in all projects, but it'd be nice to be able
to update through eclipse.
