Hi All,

I am using BIRT 3.7.2 for my developing purpose and have installed foxit reader 6.0.3 for PDF. I am able to get pdf outputs with the foxit reader version V5 but when i upgrade to 6 i am unable to get PDF outputs and getting error message as PDF output corrupted. Please assist me in this.

Hello,
I have a report that is made in Rational Software Architect 8.5, the data source is a uml model (. emx) made in Rational Software Architect 8.5. I would mount a birt viewer on a server, but I've tried with tomcat and driver com.ibm.ccl.oda.uml data source does not work. Is there any solution for this?

Hi guys
I have some trouble with a seemingly simple task, I need to print the data from the report below, but not in the way that is happening.
I need the data are arranged horizontally within the paper and not vertically as is occurring. I need to print the data on adhesive labels 3 X 4 rows cols.

Hi,
I am trying to generate reports(table) programatically using birt runtime api's(kind of Adhoc reporting ), where the user can enter any SQL query , application should connect to the DATASOURCE and fetch the DATASET based on the query the end user is going to enter.
here is where i am facing issue, after fetching the DATASET I am not being able to fetch the number of columns present in the fetched DATASET.I have tried using getColumnMetaData but could'nt succeed.
can any one please guide me to come out of this problem, all i have is OdaDataSetHandle with which i must fetch the count of columns and column names(i.e, all metadata regarding the DATASET).
