Hi :-)

I'm trying to convert a JPA project to a Plug-in Project.

In 3.4.2 this is done by "PDE-Tools -> Convert Projects to Plug-in
Projects"

In 3.5M7 there is no "PDE-Tools" available when right-clicking on a JPA
project.
