I have a .war project with Spring Nature mixed with Hibernate. When
published to a Tomcat
application server outside of Eclipse (tested on 5.5 and 6.0.18) all
works as described.
When the war is deployed to a Tomcat server running in Eclipse/Tomcat not
all xml files are published. Any xml file in the
WEB-INf/classes/any/and/all/subfolders is not published. If the name of
any file that is not published has the extension xml removed it publishes
as expected. This has gone through the bugzilla process (bug/256707)
without success. Has anyone else seen this effect and successfully dealt
with it. I believe any question you have has been asked and answered in
the bug comments, for brevity I have not repeated the detail tests here.
