WTP 1.0.1 All-in-one zip password protected? [message #163465]

I just downloaded the WTP 1.0.1 all-on-one distribution. I tried to unzip
using Windows XP built-in unzip feature. A handful of files such as
"XMLHeadTokenizer.java" came up as password protected and I couldn't unzip
them. I really doubt that there are supposed to be password protected
files in this archive. What should I do?
