Has anyone ever seen the following error while using eclipselink 1.1.1?

ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : 12333 [4] 195 99] [ ] [ []

Our Oracle version is:

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE

11.2.0.1.0 Production
TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

I assume that Oracle's bug 7390077 was also merged from 11.1.7 to 11.2.0.1. Am I wrong?
