It appears the "STP Service Creation getting started WIKI has not been
updated to support STP 0.7.0 Eclipse Europa Fall Maintenance Release.
Without knowing any better, I installed
http://repo.open.iona.com/consolidated-fuse-update-site/feat ures/org.apache.cxf.feature_2.0.2.jar
according to the outdated instructions on the WIKI. The presence of this
obsolete plugin broke the STP JavaToWSDLBuilder. It took me a while to
figure this out.

So, please update the WIKI accordingly.
