For historical reasons, workshops at EclipseCon have been called Technical
Exchanges. There will be Technical Exchanges, but none are scheduled for
Monday.

May I recommend tourist things in San Fransisco? :-)

No, there are not enough rooms at the hotel on Monday. Sorry.
