How do I publish a war file that's already present in my workspace project? [message #209169]

I have a project in my Eclipse workspace that contains a war file. I would
like to deploy this war file to tomcat but I don't see any way for doing
it. I either have to import the war file into a new project using
File->Import->War File or I need to explode the war file and add the
jst.web project facet and essentially convert my project to a dynamic web
project. Is there a way I can simply right-click on the war file and
choose "Run on Server"?
