Eclipse Europa, Web Tools 2.0. When I export to a war it's including
the src directory but I don't want my .java files in the war. I can't
see how to stop it from doing this.

Any suggestions?

If I create a Dynamic Web Project, add a class, and execute File ->
Export -> WAR file, the "Export source files" check box successfully
controls the inclusion of the source Java file. How does this differ
from your scenario?
