Where can I download language packs corresponding to tptp version 4.4.0.2?

Hi Jenica,
Language packs for TPTP 4.4.x and above are not available. The
translation and language packs are provided by an IBM consuming product.

Will you be able to tell me which IBM product provides these NLPacks and
how to get it?

Also, which is the last release of TPTP which supports NLPacks; the last
available nlpacks?

IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software (RAD) would
contain the TPTP language packs:

The last version of TPTP that contained the language packs (donated by
IBM) is TPTP 4 2.1 (Eclipse 3.2.1):

Assuming the NLPacks are available with IBM RAD, we may face legal issues
in picking up NLPacks from RAD. If yes, then is there any other way of
getting these nlpacks without having any leagal issue?
