Hi,
I am using eclipse on linux amd64 with platform encoding of UTF-8.
But my projects use an encoding of ISO-8859-1.
This includes the CVS server.
But the eclipse CVS client interprets all file names and history info as UTF-8.
Is there a way to change that?
Any insight on this matter is appreciated
Thank you
Enrico

Hi,
many thanks for your quick response.
This works great for history data.
For file names a simple synchronize didnt seem to work
correcting them but using Replace With HEAD on the parent dir did the trick.
