Hello,
usually I'm producing native launcher (myapp.exe, ...) and configuring
using myapp.ini.

When starting with

$ java -jar plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_<version>.jar

how to force launcher JAR to honor myapp.ini? A "--launcher.ini
<location>" is argument applicable only for native launcher (myapp.exe),
not Java launcher (o.e.e.launcher_<version>.jar).
