Hi,

From the p2 repository (from around September - before the whole re-org of the widgets) I found inside of the gallery.jar file the animation classes. I don't see any demos or snippets of this on the website and I was wondering if:

1. It is supported at all
2. How mature is it
3. Has anyone used it
4. Any docs/examples out there?

I need to do some animations on some shells and thought this would make my life a little easier to do some shell shakes, misc. movements, fade in/out, etc.

On OSX I just did a test of a small window animation, comparing nebula's
CWT with native NS... Without changing anything how CWT is configured by
default (which I did not read in details), the result is blatant: the
CWT animation feels very jerky compared to what the OS does... I started
to look at the windows7 api to see how animations are
done. If someone already knows that and can send me a link or a snippet,
then I can try to make an API that work bot both (someone out there with
the same knowledge for gtk?) and we could get hardware accelerated
window animations for platforms that support it.
