Hi,

I'm using Eclipse Indigo with CDT 8.0 and GDB 7.3 on Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
For a long time I had the following problem: I set breakpoints and the program is running to one of them as expected. The "Variables" and "Expressions" views are opened to watch the program state. CDT tries to get all variable/expression values. But it doesn't seem to get them very quickly, as I suppose from these views (their titles are printed in cursive characters and some of the variables or expressions are missing). In the meantime CDT is also blocking the code and debug views, so I'm not able to go further with just a single step. This problem also occurs when I try to open a variable or expression with a deeper structure such as an object.
Is there any solution for this?

Thanks in advance!
