I'm not sure if this was a serious follow-up or not, but regardless,
it's worth pointing out that installing a .dll downloaded from a random
url is definitely NOT a good idea. If you're seeing a mozilla bug then
try getting a newer version from mozilla.org. If the .dll from the
random url actually contains a fix for the problem then the newer
version from mozilla.org should have it as well.

As a follow-up to anyone that stumbles across this thread, this is
definitely bogus (including the initial question). Do NOT do this.
