Hi,
Wilhelm the short answer is that we don't have a automated build at the
moment and the .jar we had up have been out-dated and didn't reflected
the current development state. They also didn't comfored to the
Parallel-IP we need to follow currently.
We are working on getting an automated build up and running but it's not
ready for primetime. To get access to CVS behind a firewal take a look
at the following howto [1].

Hi,
Well there are legal issues with the .jar's because they don't follow
the IP-rules we need to follow!
We know that all this is not a satisfying situation but none of the
Nebula-Committers is payed for doing the work they do. This is not an
excuse but the only thing I can tell you.
I'm working on a automated build but didn't finished because of time
constraints.

sounds like a good idea... I put up a banner note regarding this issue.
it's not particularly pretty, but it's not planned to be up for long :)
