Before I go in detail about my problem is this the correct place for
discussing problems with JPA or is webtools a better place? I originally
posted to Newcomers and was redirected to Web Tools, but I would of
thought that Data Tools would be more appropriate.

Hi Graham!
Though JPA does indeed use DTP under the covers, JPA itself lives in WTP, so
that is the better place to take a look at it.
You can also try the eclipse.technology.dali newsgroup to see if they can
answer your question (JPA = Dali).
