keyboard shortcut not working for 'Debug Server' and 'Stop Server' [message #504499]

Hi I'm a Java web developer. One frequent actions I perform in eclipse is 'Debug server' and 'Stop server'.

However since I upgraded to 'Galileo', I cannot use the keyboard shortcut alt+ctrl+d to debug server and alt+ctrl+s to stop server.

I've tried this on different machine, and both Windows and Mac, neither worked.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?
