Dear All,

I am wondering if we can mix up textual presentation with graphical ones in eclipse?

An example is located here. It is Intentional Software Workbench:

I am writing a DSL editor, and wish to have such features if possible. What technologies shall I use?

Is it possible with Projection in JFace Text Framework? How about Graphical Editing Framework (GEF)?

Hello Frank,

Did you check xtext at http://www.eclipse.org/Xtext/

Its a framework to create DSL editors. May be you can post the same question in the xtext newsgroups.

Hi Madhu,

Thank you for the suggestion. I will revisit xtext forum about it.

Previous I know they provide textual editor. Maybe there is update since months has passed by.
