We're working on that. Unfortunately, the website is being updated slower
than I had hoped.

Posters are at the Poster Reception, Wednesday evening.
Demos are scheduled in the Demo Theater throughout the conference, although
we expect most people to do demos in the evenings after the technical
sessions are over.

Again, both of these details will appear on the website soon.

The fees are the same as other attendees. There are no price reductions for
poster and demo presenters. I'm sorry, but I had to make a cut-off somewhere
about what consituted a free registration and what did not; I chose that
technical talks did and that posters did not.

Hi Chaker!
Posters are being lightly reviewd by the Program Committee and then
accepted posters will receive a notification from the conference
organizers. From the time that you submit the poster abstract (to
eclipsecon2005submission at eclipse.org ) this process takes between 3-5
days. To be sure that the process is complete before you arrive at
EclipseCon, please have your submissions in by Monday, February 21st.
