In 2.2.0.201212042214, the Effective Configuration properties display appears to be identical to the Repository Configuration display. My Global settings are no longer included in the Effective view. I'm almost certain they used to be.

I don't see this in the current list of bugs, but before I spend time filing a new bug report I want to be sure that this is not the expected behavior and that other users are seeing the same thing.

Any volunteers to verify that this is a real bug and not some random quirk in my configuration or repositories? All you need is a recent nightly-build installation of EGit/JGit.
