Reusing Menu in RCP application [message #964215]

I want to reuse new from File menu and Run menu in my RCP application, so for that i opens emf-editor for eclipse and its look like. 1st image in attachment "eclipse-emf-editor.png"
So for New its listing some

org.eclipse.e4.model.application....

so that i'm not able to reuse them.

"my-app.png" how my application is look like so simply i giving javaScript debugging for my application but the problem is how i can reuse those Menus i my application.
