Hi All,

I want to create a JDBC Data source with connection profile but the data source that I created seems can only be used by data set of type 'SQL Select Query [Query Builder]'. Is there a way that it can be used by 'SQL Select Query' data set? The reason is that I want to write my own query instead of using the query builder.

I am using birt 4.2

The connection profile for the jdbc data source only uses the Query Builder, but you should be able to enter sql syntax directly.
