I have a Report with Grid in Grid to Layout a given Design.
Ist there a way to define an inner grid, to grow to the whole heigth of cell height, where the grid is in?

See attached Reportdesign

The red grid should have the height of the blue cell. (of course expect borders, margins, etc.)

The effect should be, that the last row from the red grid should be as heigh as the leftover height of the contained cell. (the free blue area)

Have you tried setting the height of the red grid to 165 mm?

I thought about this solution, but then I must always change the height if I change the sourrounding cell or row or table height. I hoped this could be done automaticly. I have tried 100% for this but it doesn't work.

You could log an enhancement request for thi. I did not 100% works fine in HTML. I assume the issue is with PDF.
