Can't find an option to set post-build step in Juno [message #916277]

I can't seem to find a setting in neither Project -> Properties nor in Preferences that would allow me to execute a custom post-build command.

Googling didn't help much because everyone refer to a C/C++ Build tab that has/used to be somewhere in Project Properties but I couldn't find one (it seems they are talking about previous releases of Eclipse or I'm missing something obvious).

I'm using Eclipse 4.2.0 (Juno) and CDT 8.1.0.201206111645.
