New Parts are not showed correctly [message #913052]

Frequently I see that a new Part added to the Application Model is not shown (but also happens with Menus/Commands/Handlers).
The problem can be solved adding the option

-clearPersistedState

to the Program Arguments (using the flag to Clear the workspace may not be an option since it erase any content of the runtime folder!).

Shouldn't it be good to add this option as a default for wizard "Eclipse 4 Application Project"?
