are there any plans for an epf composer version compatible with windows 7 professional 64 bit?

The 32-bit version works very well in Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. The key is what browser / Java JRE you have installed. By default, Windows 7 will use the 32-bit Internet Explorer and when you install the Java JRE it's the 32-bit version. If this is the case in your environment, then the Windows 32-bit EPF will work for you.
