Setting preference "General->Workspace->Save automatically before build"
will *not* save Application.e4xmi

Is this a desired behavior? if yes, why?
IMHO Application.e4xmi is part of the project files needed for the build
and thus should be treated like the .java files.

Geee I found it. I knew there was some post somewhere about this and have been looking for this some minutes now. Fixed with: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=386566
